Flavored Waters
Quince Water
- 1.25 liters sparkling mineral water, chilled
- 1 quince
- 5-6 whole cloves
- 1 cup water
Bring one cup of water to boil. Slice the quince and add it to the boiling water, add the cloves and boil for 5 minutes. Let cool, strain and put it in a bottle. Add the mineral water and keep in the refrigerator.
Strawberry Water
- 1.25 liters sparkling mineral water, chilled
- a handful of strawberries
Poke a few holes into strawberries and place them in a bottle. Fill the bottle with water and the strawberries juice will slowly infuses the water. You can substitute strawberries with any berries you like.
Orange & Vanilla Water
- 1.25 liters sparkling mineral water, chilled
- 1 medium orange sliced
- 1 vanilla pod sliced or a splash of vanilla extract
Fill a bottle with water and ice, add the orange and vanilla, mix well and let sit for a few hours.
Lemon & Lime Water
- 1.25 liters sparkling mineral water, chilled
- 1-2 lemons and limes sliced
Fill a bottle with water and ice, add the lemons and limes and let sit for a few hours to infuse.
Cucumber Water
- 1.25 liters sparkling mineral water, chilled
- few slice of cucumber
Fill a bottle with ice and chilled water. Add the cucumbers and let them infuse the water with their flavor. If you don't like the taste as it is you can add a sprig of mint or few lemon or lime slices.
Rose Water
- 1.25 liters sparkling mineral water, chilled
- 1/4 cup dried edible rosebuds
- 1/4 cup rose syrup
- Ice, to serve
Place ingredients in a bottle and add mineral water.
Orange & Rosemary Water
- 1.25 liters sparkling mineral water, chilled
- 1 orange, sliced
- 2 rosemary sprigs
Place ingredients in a bottle and add mineral water.
Borage, Lemon & Cucumber Water
- 1.25 liters sparkling mineral water, chilled
- 1/2 Lebanese cucumber, sliced lengthways with a peeler
- 2 borage sprigs
- 1 lemon, sliced
Place ingredients in a bottle and add mineral water.
