Ginger Iced Teas


Ginger Iced Tea

  • Five tea bags
  • One-inch piece of fresh ginger
  • Sugar, to taste

First prepare the ginger by slicing it into thin pieces. Crush the pieces to form a paste. Set one quart water for heating. Let the tea steep with ginger. Let it steep over low heat for around at least ten minutes. After this done, strain out the tea and the ginger slices. You can then add sugar to taste. Let it cool and then serve over ice.
