Rum Teas
Hot Rum Tea
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 ounces rum
- Slice of lemon peel studded with 2 cloves
- Hot tea
- Cinnamon stick
In a glass or china mug, combine the lemon juice, rum, and the lemon peel. Fill the glass with tea, stir the drink with the cinnamon stick, and serve it immediately.
Recipe makes one Hot Rum Tea drink.
